Question! If curser is at the top right does this indicate copper penny. Would it also indicate silver dimes? I only get memorial pennies.This sucks...I primarily use preset settings.

sound system must be "ferrous".
turn on the device and put the different items and coins, you will hear different sounds.
dig on the beach should be all high and mid notes.
If you are using masks "coins"+" jewelry".

this is basically the same on all detectors. copper pennies and clad or silver dimes read basically the same. some detectors you can tell some difference but not much. just be glad for the great depth of the minelabs.
