xs keypad

Went to turn on the explorer the other day & it didn't want to turn on, kept shutting down. Put new batteries in, factory reset, even cold booted it. Then I'm talking with the ML tech on the phone, explaining the problem, & he says it's probably the keypad. I turned it on, & it fired right up. He said that it would work intermittenly, & that they no longer had the keypads.
Just found that there are parts for them in the UK. Does anyone know of availability in the US?

The middle-left "auto ground tracking to manual" keypad button on my XS sometimes "double punches" when I hit it. So I hit it and nothing changes. It's more annoying than anything else. If I hit it a few times it gets to where I want to go.

Got the xs back with a new keypad, switch & repaired circuitry, works like new.:clapping:
