Anyone seen this detector in use? I'm hearing a lot about it. I've done a bit of googling as well as youtube vid searches, all I could find was this.

If anyone has one or knows anything about it, please post :)

Should be loads about it on the U.K. forums. All the XP machines are excellent but the Goldmaxx and GMaxx models have the advantage of iron discrim. tones in all metal.

Better build quality than most machines but also light and well balanced. Hip mount, chest mount, mid shaft mount or sling the box under the armrest to balance the larger coils.
Later models have a headphones transmitter built on to the circuit board so no extra battery or anything external needed. Headphones weigh 70g including lihium battery. Same battery life as the detector 50 hours. Headphones recharge in 2 hours.

Extreme sensitivity....similar to the Lobo Super Trac.Very fast recovery speed.

Choice of high or low frequency models.

I'll see if I can find a link to any test reports.

If you go to the Regton site there is a link on the Goldmaxx Power page to a test report. www.metaldetectorshop.co.uk
