XP Deus coil upgrades?

With the word spreading about the software upgrade coming in September, is there also new coils coming out? I think we can benefit with some other coil options.

The new coil will be released on Sept 18th and is about 5"x9" and will run in 10-20-30-40 KHz.
Also a integrated pin pointer and app for your phone and upgrades to V3.2 to V4.0
I know it's in French, but you get the idea.

What is the reason for the 5x9 coil when there is already a 9 inch coil. And what is the purpose of a upgrade going up to 40kz?

It is possible,,the new coil with higher freq may be beneficial to more than just gold,,,,may actually be a better separator in tight iron vs the old and lower freqs.

That would be great! And the higher frequencies would just about make it to where it will see EVERYTHING within a few inches of the surface when you're in the iron patch. Right?

My Deus is my water hunter also. It's a gold jewelry finding beast. Can't wait for the upgrade and new coil.

I would think the higher freq. would be beneficial to you guys who hunt the beaches for those fine gold necklaces also.. Just saying..

Maybe if the beach isn't to mineralized. The noise in my ears hunting the beaches wet sand area here in So. Cal. with a single frequency detector gives me ear fatigue. I can't manage more than an hour hunting. Maybe the higher frequencies will help in this area?

I hunt freshwater only, so the Deus is perfect for that.
