The earlier problem has now been resolved and you are free to update to version 4.

Same here. My issues are resolved after the latest reinstall. Thanks XP for the quick fix on that. Things like this invariably occur in updates, despite testing.
 
I was having some freezing of screens and the right speaker on the wireless WS4 headphones...the right speaker was acting
like a bad solder joint or broken wire...appears to have resolved...we'll see!
 
Well,IMO a bug exist while using Xy screen.
The ground phase window,,,I don't think is too useful currently with the way it works..
 
Right, there is no numbers showing as u are sweeping and if u place the coil on the ground u sometimes get a reading and sometimes not. When u stop swinging and place the coil down and there is a reading, if u tip the coil the number changes considerably. Very flakey and u need to know what is happening with the ground. A bug for sure & surprised the people who worked testing didn't pick up on this, unless this is new since the release.
I also checked on ID norm and found I could turn it on and off and it worked just fine and did not default to on. Seems some have this bug though.
 
Even if the bugs have been ironed out i still wont be updating the software,still use the ultra reliable version 2,audio in my mind is still far superior more akin too analogue than digitised,i dont use full tones anyway so that is not missed.But both my main Deus and my backup one that i also carry with me still has v2 blown in it and that wont change either.

If it aint broke dont fix it,version 4 was late arriving well over the scheduled date as they wanted to get it totally right prior to launch,something went wrong as folks are having problems.
 
I like change my wife hates it ! whos right? same thing with detectors.
