XLT or M6

Hi all,
I need some input as to a descision I'm about to make. I have been looking for a used metal detector for quite some time. Anyway i have narrowed my search down to the XLT and the M6. The Spectrum XLT will cost me less money. I need to know which is the better of these 2 detectors. I know there are alot of experienced detectorists around here. Any opinions or information will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!

I thought the M6 was like $700.00 and the XLT was $900.00 none the less I think both machines are great, I have the XLT and have found plenty with it but have been reading alot of M6 users are having just as good of luck. It all depends on where you hunt and how often you get out. I average 10 hours a week in the summer, shooting for more this coming summer. But either way which ever detector you get ya have to take the time and learn the baby...just like any female...treat it right and it will pay off in the long run...though most women just take the money and run...LOL....just kidding ladies just kidding!!

Not sure if you did or not....Post this in the XLT forum and the MXT forum <(covers m6). Also tell them what type of hunting you are doing good luck! Heard the m6 is great for coin hunting.
