I went up to PA to visit my family and check out this new site my brother had found. He pulled out two mid 1700's large coppers and a flying eagle cent piece the last time he was there. He then waited until I could come up for a visit to go back! What a guy! We had a great saturday at the site! I found my first barber dime and my first mercury dime and also my first 1700's coin! A 1730 brittania! The total for the day was astounding! We found the barber dime, a couple of mercs, 15 wheaties and countless clads! We also found many old relics and made some great memories!
A couple of months ago he helped me pick out my xl pro. He said he loved his and and I would too. He was absolutley right!! Thanks for the guidance and thanks for the weekend!
Enjoy the pics everybody!

Yes Saturday was a great day.I had alot of fun digging in the dirt finding old coins and relics. The coins that you found are amazing.Congratulations.The memories will always be with me.The xl pro is awesome.:clapping:

I hunt with my brother quite often and we have a great time. You are correct, good memories. That was sure great your bro waiting to share his spot. We share ours too. It just makes for more fun when you can hunt together. We tend to compete with each other and it makes for good times. The XL Pro is awesome! I am jealous though of the old 1700's coins, nothing that old here in western Iowa.
You guys might want to comb that spot real good.

All I can say is WWWOOOWWW!!!:surprised::surprised::surprised:

Ask your brother if he would like to trade living locations for a few months...

It is very rare for me to find 150 year old coins - most often, rarely more than 100 years old. But 200+ years old??? Your finds are what give our sport real adrenalin rushes! Keep it up! It's finds like yours that may help you to retire a few years sooner...
