XL Pro depth question

DonM

Member
I posted this earlier today on the Analog forum but perhaps some of you don't visit that one - so I will ask in here as well.

I have used Fisher CZ models for several years and I currently have a Coinstrike but I am considering the purchase of a used XL Pro partially becasue of all the rave reviews from you folks.
I don't expect the XL Pro to go as deep as the Fisher line (but I also realize the depth is not everything sometimes)...but I would like an idea as to the average depth capability of the XL model.

Can anyone give me an idea as how deep the XL can pick up a dime or quarter in average ground?
