Does anyone know how to down load the XChange 2 software to a MAC computer? I have tried it numerous times and my computer won't open it. What am I missing?

Sorry to say this but it’s not capable of being downloaded to a Mac! You will either need to download it to a Windows computer or purchase software like Parallels that can be downloaded to your mac! One other option is to get a copy of Windows 7 and download it to your Mac using BOOTCAMP which is an app already on the Mac. If you need help with BOOTCAMP, go to the Apple Support Site! Good Luck

Happy to help a fellow Mac user. Perhaps someone in your family has a windows computer which will solve your problem instantly! I went the Bootcamp route and only had to buy a copy of Windows 7 which cost me about $80.00. Best of luck
