X-Terra Rear Arm Cuff Headphone Jack Question

I purchased a special arm cuff which had a headphone jack custom made awhile back for my X70. I sold the 70 with it and now have a X705. I would like to know if anyone knows who made these as I would like another. Thanks Joe
 
I have the same set up. I think mine was right aroun $50? I could be way off though, Beale.

ok he replied and here is the info:

$55 shipped in the US. Metal arm cuff with welded stand. 24" 1/4" right angle male connector wirh female connector mounted to the stand. Includes mounting hardware, cuff pad and 3 black wire ties.
