I have seen instructional/guide books wriiten for the Quattro (and I think Explorer) detectors.

Anyone know if there is a similar publication for the X-Terra series (or planned).?

Particulaly covering the 705 and its prospecting mode would be great.

Lots of information in the FAQFAQ section above. And if you stop making multiple posts about some Germans tearing up their X-TERRAs, I'll see if I can find some information for you on the 705 and it's Prospecting mode. HH Randy

Yep, I'm Digger. And I am in the process of updating that post to include some new information. Just hang in there for a bit and I'll try to get it finished up soon. In the meantime, if you have some specific question, fire away! HH Randy

I'll keep an eye out for it.

After much deliberation I have decided to buy a 705 instead of a Safari (as I'd like that prospecting ability) that the Safari lacks.

Sure I'll have a heap of Q's when I get it.
