I am ready to buy a new medal detector and thought I would ask those using the X-Terra 70 what they thought of it.

What are the pros and cons of this detector?
 
only because I haven't found any "cons" with mine. The X-Terra 70 is a deep seeking, highly sensitive, lightweight, well balanced, versatile metal detector that separates targets well and resets very quickly. It offers two digit target notches, 3 Patterns, an all metal mode, Prospecting mode with iron masking, beach mode, auto GB (with manual GB as well), Tracking, programmable audio tones, noise cancel, pinpointing mode and allows the user to adjust the threshold, sensitivity and volume to their preferences. In addition, it offers a wide variety of both concentric and DD coils, available in 3 kHz, 7.5 kHz and 18.75 kHz frequencies. The ability to chose the coil option for the type of hunting you do is unmatched in the industry.
