X-Terra 30 Or Fisher F2 ?

I haven't used either, but have an X Terra 70 and an F4....quite different detectors but both great. The F4 cost about half as much as the X Terra 70, and I'm not suggesting that it is as good a detector as the XT..it's not... but it finds heaps of coins and is great to use.
