Paid $750.00 for mine but got the package with both coils,would have paid more if i had to knowing what i know now !

I would go for the X70, $525 new is a great deal. I will not disclose the dealer or price but I got mine new for way less than $525. That's the reason I went with the X70, Not the 705...............MO

In my opinion, if you can get a new X-70 for that price go for it, it is just as good a machine as it was a year ago. I own one am I am not sure that I can think of a detector that I would rather have taking into considration the weight the versatility and the quality.
