X-70 at the rye patch.

Just got back from a couple days out at the rye patch. Took my X-70 with the 6" DD HF coil and raked down some push piles in a lil gulch. To my amazment........I found NO GOLD. I thought for sure that I would have found at least a lil piece in one of those piles. Oh well.... Next time! I did find a bunch of little rusty fragments (I'm assuming from the doser blade) and some fine shot. Was all in all very impressed with the sensitivity of the machine. If there was gold there I would have found it. The dark spot in the film canister lid is a piece of shot that is actually cut in half and if you look close next to the dime is a BB. So as you can see.... the X-70 WILL find the small stuff..... If you swing over it.

Happy Hunting:)
