X-305 vs. deleon

how does the x-305 compare with the tesoro deleon, thinking of getting a x-305, any coments would be appreciated.

Well i had an xterra 305 and it was a pretty dam good machine. It id coins really well especially quarters and dimes, I did find 3 rings with it in a short time even though one was silver and the other 2 were fake. I also found 1oz silvern coin with it and various other interesting coins. Now i dont own a Tesoro deleon but i do own a Tesoro Silver Umax wich uses the same frequency 10klhz wich is a pretty good frequency for coins and jewlry Balance. The Silver Umax is a good machine especially at half the price of the Xterra 305. Now Is the Deleon good from what i read by some people its a pretty nice machine decent frequency good features. One complaint of it would be no pinpoint though most Tesoros dont need one. Personally i dont think you can go wrong with eighter one. Now if your hunting Coins There might be a slight advantage on the Xterra 305 and if your hunting silver id say the xtterra 305 as well. Also you can switch Coils on the xterra 7.5klhz wich is good and 18.75klhz wich should be better for jewlry. Now as far as jewlry finding is concearned best frequencys would most likely be from 12 to 15 klhz will hit the hardest. But the Deleon should be pretty good based on its features and frequency. So for coins and silver the xterra no doubt but for gold jelwry its a toss up the Deleon might have a slight advantage for jewlry. But the Xterras with the Higher frequency coils should do pretty well with jewlry too.
