x-1 question
how deep does the probe go and what do they go for $

3" to 4" and $179.95+ shipping and yes they are worth it.

Hi Shy; look at the classifieds forum, I got mine with the upper rod at a great low price. It might take a while to find one but it's worth the wait. Whatever the price, or who you get it from the X-1 is well worth the investment. 1" max on the vibraprobe 3" to 4" on the X-1. Plus the X-1 works thru the headphones with your detector so you hear the same target sound the main coil produces. If there are multiple targets close together you'll hear which one is the good one. No other probe does that!!
