Andy,
Send it in to me and I can take care of it. If it is out of warranty and only the switch it will cost $25.00 + return S&H. Call me at: (319) 636-2244 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST. Thank you.

I also had problems with my switch. I carefully drilled a 1/16 inch hole in the case and shot in some contact cleaner. Cleared up the problem and it has not returned.

As dirt and the fillings from dilling will get in there and give a bigger problem latter on. If you want to use contact cleaner and the rubber boot has no hole in it, I would take it off and spray it right where the toggle goes into the hole of the switch for a temp. repair. Chance are that the rubber boot has a hole in it and dirt got into the switch is why you are having a problem and recomend any boot that has a hole in it to be replaced with a new one. These rubber boots can be got at Sunray or any Sunray dealer.
If the switch is bad then it should be sent to Ralph to be replaced or any electronic shop, but think it may cost more at a shop.
I replaced mine on my Sovereign S1 probe once as I let the hole in the rubber boot go too long and dirt got into it. Cleaned it with contact cleaner to get by with untill I got it replaced.

Switches do fail, dirt does get in them. Squirting any cleaner inside an elecronics box can cause failure to the whole unit, so do be careful///
