WW2 Small German Find in Need of Identifying

I don't know if I have come to the right place or not but I was hoping someone might be able to help me.

Yesterday I was at a former WW2 bunker near Trondheim in Norway called Hegra Festning.

I found a small metal item on the surface and wondered if there is anyone who could help me identify what it is. I have attached a picture of it to this post along side a couple of rulers so you can get a sense of size.

If this forum is not the appropriate place to find an answer, can anyone steer me in the right direction as to where?

Hey Dave. I have no idea what that is. That sounds like a cool spot to detect. I think you should post anywhere possible to find an answer. Here may not be the best place but you never know.
