General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Hey I have a 200 watt mobile cb and a 400 watt mobile cb amp up for trade. I have 750 invested but will trade for a used ATpro or Minelabb explore xs or II. No cash offers please and I will not seperate. Thanks for looking

The mobile radio is a galaxy 95t2 and the amp is a NO NAME 3lb maul. If you google them by name you can see both. The amp was 450 new and the radio I think was 400 or 450 as well.
 
That galaxy radio is "King of the Hill" to me....with all those side channels it's endless to get off the regular cb channels..... 30 year trucker here and a galaxy with a kicker gives you the availability to shoot a lot of "Skip"
Somebody is going to have fun with that radio! The kicker just adds to the fun
 
You can't put the amp on that radio cause it already has a amp built in but someone could put it on a cobra 29 and have tons of fun. Plus you will have 2 radios that will talk skip. I have talk from here in wv to Texas and jamaica with both the 95t2 and the amp on a cobra 29 with ease
 
I knew that but didn't want to start any trouble....... i had the galaxy without the amp and still needed to turn the radio down to run the linear....And you have the galaxy with the amp...... it would be hard for me to give that radio up. I still have my cobra 29 and a little uniden pro 115 that is my junker radio that works really good for emergencies out in the desert here..... 30 years of cb's/semis. i'm retired now and don't do it much anymore but still have my linear and living in arizona have some high mountains to run off. when i lived in NJ I easily got skip to south carolina, washinton state and a few times out to the bahamas........... skip land is FUN
 
Yea I love to talk on that thing but I have way to many radios and not enough metal detector stuff. lol.
 
Wow... Never worry about the FCC and the fines for doing all that fun?

My luck I'd key up and next day they's knock on my door...
 
No you dont have to worrie about them much anymore. They are mostly worried about the Ham radios cause you have to be licenced to run those.
