General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I'm looking for a Troy X5 or X3, in good used condition. (yes know about the X5 e.b. auction). Thanks, Allen T. in WA.
 
Hi Allen, I have a X-5 that I will sell. Seral # is 00099 and has not been sent in for the mods that Troy did on the first 300.
It comes with the 5 x 10 and 7 inch coils. I would like to get 625 shipped to you. you add insurance if you would like it.
Weeding out some of my 12 detectors that I do not use much. Thanks Ron
 
Hi Ron, Yeah, first of all are you a dealer? if so delete this and move on, lol.

I am still looking for a fair deal. I had dealer email and he's one super impatient busy guy. He wanted to sell a X5 for $695, then said he'd take $675. It was a nice X5 with 3 coils. I wanted it and don't need the 9" coil so I offered $600 with only 2 coils. He said no way, oky fine by me, no problem, so now I emailed back the same night to accept the original $675 price for the 3 coil deal. Nope too late guy, it's on eBay! Wow won't take $675 now what the heck is wrong with this guy?. Today he said l "you should have bought it". I've had enough of this type of people in my life, if your greedy you'll get what you want in the end and essentially that's all your going to be left with in the end.

I would not pay more then $500 for an X5. You can get one on ebay for $399 to $500. I missed one for $399 last week. Another one sold for $401 with 2 coils and
headphones. Thery have come way down in the last year.
