Well folks, does anyone have this coil? I know they're a scarce shooter coil.

Hello Jim, is that what they call "Piglet" coil? If I can't find the tdi shooter coil, I'm looking for a used 6x8 nugget finder sadie coil to fit a tdi sl. If you know of anybody that has one, please let me know?

Thanks TC-NM

AAh man, I have one of those, too. Great coils on the TDI, but the DF 7.5 is just as good IMHO. I have no idea if they called it a "Piglet". All it says on it is Razorback, with the image of a wild boar. If you find a Sadie, you'll have to make some shims for it to fit the Whites rods.

You mean the whites dual field for tdi. They made 2, which one do you recommend? After what I read, the sadie 6x8 is a very hot coil in hunting small crevices and pockets.

The made two 7 1/2's, but the one for Australia is a mono coil, not a DF. It's not as sensitive to really small gold, but also not as reactive to ground minerals, which Australia has in abundance. I haven't tested the mono version, but would like to, if I could find one cheap....LOL. The Sadie may have a very slight edge over the 7 1/2 DF, but you'd be hard-pressed to see it in the field. Also, from what I've seen in air tests, which don't mean much, that
4x6 shooter isn't as good as the 7 1/2DF, or Sadie, on really small gold. It does have the advantage of fitting into really tight spaces, however, which is why I hang onto it. Here's a link to a video I did comparing the Sadie to the 7 1/2DF, at different battery pack voltages:
