This is not a common buckle. It will probably be found close to water but maybe not. I bought this "Revenue Cutters Tongue" about 5 years ago. Haven't found a matching wreath just yet but am still hopeful ! This buckle is cast, some are die stamped but I need the dug cast type. I'm not sure if some other wreath to another buckle might fit it or not. The center ball measures 36mm or 1 3/8", email if you have such an animal. dschoppert@aol or dschoppert @eMail. Thanks
