I sold a 8” tornado not too long ago for $140 and it was in excellent condition.

Yup. Though mine 5×10"
Just got that for my Sovereign Gt early spring.
Didn't get much time with it this summer. Injuries.
Though from what little time I had And as others over the years have said. A Very good coil on the Sovereigns. Bought the Snake as well. Showing real promise. Deeper than I expected for such a tiny coil. Anxious to try it in known heavy nails.
Remember. When the Sovereign nulls in iron. It's not off. It will still see good targets In the null.
Try this. Put a silver amongst nails on Clean soil.
See how close you can get the silver next to nails During the null. Mine surprised me. No notch.
 
I may have something for you if you cant find a 8 inch Sovereign coil as I bought a new or like new 8 inch Tornado coil with a new lower shaft, so it is a complete shaft and coil for quick change. I bought it several years ago from another member and never used it, but had plan to, but when all the health problem I never was able too and dont look good for me to use my Sovereign GT. If you really need a 8 inch Tornado coil I would need to get $160 with the new shaft, so if you cant find one reasonable I have one to help you out.
