WS 5 HEADPHONES WON'T PAIR UP

The manual says enter the 6 digit serial number. My new 11" coil has 4 digits and 2 numbers so go figure.

This is the second set of WS 5 heardphones that I can't get to pair, any suggestions?

Tried the Grey Ghost and I have been a big fan of their products and have owned 7 sets of Black Widow, regular, DMC and CTX water phones and have been happy.

Maybe it is just me but I think they need to go back to the drawing board on the GG Deus???
 
You will need to enter the digits and letters of the serial number. Your dealer will be happy to walk you through it. If you cannot figure it out.
 
its tricky to get your head round the input of letters and numbers so keep at it
 
Enter all numbers/letters of ser #. The letters are not case sensitive. You'll find the letters if you will keep scrolling.
