One of the few relics of the past, Tesoro made Silver Sabre circuit board for Turtle Corp.
Just needs some minor service. Might even add a few more external controls............ Pretty cool, pretty rare find.

Neat! Is the Turtle a water machine?

Is that a 10.5” concentric coil? And the silver Sabre was 10khz right? That’s super cool. Almost mythical coil lol.

Unless memory has failed me, or my notes or Owner Manual's were wrong, the Silver Sabre II, with the ED-120 Disc. circuitry, operated at 10 kHz.

Monte

Specs per manual
12Khz
8.5" round concentric coil

I remember seeing it advertised in the Treasure mags back in the 80’s

Very cool!

Yes, will be taking it apart to service and refresh the unit, will take pictures as I go. There are only a few pictures on the whole web regarding this detector.
