When I pulled this out of the sand the other day, I almost ran right off the beach.

I have not had it tested. But there are no markings in the ring and the stone is so big. It has to be fake.

I found it in the hardpan about 3" deep. It is in perfect shape. Still nice to look at though.

That square bottom on the ring is a Tiffany design (to keep the ROCK upright on the finger). Maybe, just maybe, you've hit the jackpot!
 
Get that thing tested. That bottom design doesn't usually show up on cheapies. Really hope you have something there Ferd!
