I live near a few high rises...one high rise is between my house and the library, well was heading toward the Library..when I see cop cars everywhere... I asked a bystander what's up. She said a woman fell jumped off the 15th floor balcony. Will report back later when in the news or papers... man she could of dropped on my head since I pass under her balcony 3 times a day or more.. rip whoever it was.
