1 338 magnum shell
1 gfc ark. hunting dog lic.

I found many live shells in the past year. Most experienced detectors say dispose of them as old ammo becomes unstable. I toss all my bulletes into a jar, including the live ones and a few months ago I noticed one had broken open and the powder had collected in the bottom of the jar. I carefully recovered as much as I could and took it outside to light it on fire. It would not burn, spark or even smoke. I brought (and now bring) all my live shells to the police for them to deal with. It pisses them off when they have to do anything.

I ran across a few in the woods, I just dug a deep hole and buried them. I don't trust carrying them, my luck, it would go off and shoot me in the leg. I know that its unlikely, I have been around firearms for many years and at one time I owned 12 guns (now just 5). But its a risk that I'm not willing to take.
