Hi guys , I am thinking of getting a Goldbug Pro in a deal and wanted to know if it would fit on a G2 shaft ? Any help , thanks. GS
 
I don't know. You would have to have at least the rod that attaches to the G2 control box and see if some how it will attach to the Gold Bug Pro control box. It slides down into the handle of the G2 and is held in place with a screw that under the foam grip.

Tried to swap an omega(same shaft as G2) and my gold bug awhile back and couldn't. Like tabman said, different connections.
 
My understanding is the display housing is the same..you need to buy upper shaft for g2 and the adaptor piece that mounts to the bottom of display so it can attatch to the g2 grip. I myself hate the s-handles / grips.. I love the g2 style grip.
