would appreciate ID help on an item recovered from the ground today

Magyar

Detected at a beach in the morning and at a park in the afternoon. Found clads, 2 "wheaties" ( 1935; 1956) and the items in the following pics

Just wondering what the disk is. It weighed in at 45.8 grams.

If anyone can help me with the ID, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for looking

OK. I'll give it a shot. The little "spirals"on the one face are from a lathe truing it up. The little "circles" around the edge are broken off handles and if you mess with them, they should unscrew out and you will see they are broken off bolts/handles. Is there a threaded hole on the back side? if there is, this could be a turning wheel to adjust something like a tripod or maybe a telescope or maybe even a drill press. It looks about thright size for that anyway. nothing on the back? Could be just about anything then. :wiggle:
