Worried about shooter

WV62

Well-known member
Does anybody have any word on shooter? It seems he hasn't posted anything for about 8 weeks. I hope all is well with him and he is just hunting hard.

Ron old Shooter is probably out digging the deepies with his 1270 hopefully. It shows his last activity was 6/23/14 so he's been lurking just not posting.

That's good to hear at least he is keep an eye on us.

It's kinda funny I keep an eye out on you and your brother Mark to see what you guys are up to and what machines you guys are a swinging. Also I keep a eye out on old Shooter he is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. So what machine are you a using now Ron I seen you got another F-75. Mark seems to be using his Coinstrike some. I myself just got a ID Excel which is a simplified Coinstrike and I'm trying to get used to it's tones and operation.

Oh, Junior your not going to believe it! LoL!
I've got a pretty good idea what Ron's PM is about. Ron's, pretty sure that the both of us has some kind of detector disorder.

Notice anything different in my signature, and Ron's Avatar?
Mark

Ron said he done a trade with you on his Tejon I have had a couple of those machines myself they are super sensitive machines.

Thanks for asking Ron First one of our 8 month old Yorkies drowned in our pool which didn't go good with my wife or me then I had to build a fence around the pool to keep the other 2 safe, and I had surgery done to my right knee from when I slipped on a gravel wash-out while detecting last Oct. finally couldn't take the pain anymore so I wasn't detecting, and had the surgery last week so I couldn't do any bending or go up and down stair and my wife is keeping a close eye I me , and I can't drive either. I told her the doctor said I could do what was comfortable for me, but she said she never heard that, so Thursday is the follow-up and stitches get removed. Should get a clean bill of health then. It's still sore and haven't been kneeling on it so far, might take a little longer for that. It was a torn Meniscus. Thanks for the concern, nice to know people care. Wasn't much posted though.

Hope your knee heals up quick Shooter!! Sorry to hear about your Yorkie, I have pets and they are almost like one of my kids, I know I shouldn't get that attached to them but I do. It's good to see you back on here and posting away.

hey shooter......Welcome back! I know what ya mean about your knee, been there done that. I took all of 2012 off from hunting and finally got a double knee replacement (total). yep, both knees. I've been walking for 20 years in pain, couldn't even think about getting down on knees. here it is 2014 and I don't even know I have knees, I worked really hard in therapy to get to the point that I CAN KNEEL on them again:super:. Osteo-arthritis and 46 years of auto body and frame repair does that to ya, oh yeah almost forgot , 54 years of detecting didn't help much:cry:........nge

Thanks for welcome back wishes, and 40 year inthe military didn't help mine either plus 35 years of detecting. knee still bothers me a little but not painfull just feels a little different, but getting better every day. Thanks again.
