...I had one of the original scoops with the metal handle. Used the scoop approximately two summers. The handle failed. I called Travis and sent him the scoop. He replaced it with the new Diamond Head with the fiberglass handle at no additional charge. This is a testimony of the integrity of Nutall Enterprises and their products. They manufacture a quality product and stand behind it!

I called Travis to order the scoop on his website but he only had a larger size available at that time. He said he was working on a batch of the smaller ones. He said I could wait OR take a bigger scoop for the smaller scoop $$.

Travis IS a good man to deal with. My scoop which was delievered by U.P.S. went on a long slow boat around the world... making it arrive very late.. Travis refunded my shipping charges with out blinking an eye!... i have my scoop now and am one happy camper. Thank you Travis! P.S. My scoop story to be posted soon.. What a DIGGER!! shaka Mikey

Yep I agree I ordered my scope from Australia and it got here with no probs and its great scoop. I would have no worries about ordring again form them.
