an outdoor spigot. I remember that some old
spigots had a square mount about that size for
the handle.

SACKY HO!! I've got 37 of those puppies so far. THey are hard to come by as the dumb public hoards them. They'll do the same with the GW dollars. I've been buying some and spending them to get some in circulation but I see them nowhere. You can go to the Post Office and buy stamps out of the machine and your change will come back in all Sacky's and Susan B's.
