i've sold the DF AND THIS MORNING i won 150$ in mega :crylol: maybe save up for an used e-track do they work well on the beach??

E-trac works well but it is too tempting to take it near the water. I almost lost mine twice in one day due to surprise waves and so I decided that the E-trac would never go near the water ever again.

I have either my CZ6a's, CZ20 or waterproof PI's to hit the wet sand and water with. No way a rogue wave is hitting the E-Trac.

Why did you sell the DF? I've never owned one, but have heard nothing but good reports on them. I own a Detector Pro PI and love it. I have both the 8" & 11" interchangeable coils. Extremely light & easy to use. Weighs about as much as a Tesoro. All the electronics are in the headphones. Extremely deep & sensitive.

there was just to many wires on my beach i'm not used to so much digging ..

ET..... SE Pro .... you do know there is a learning curve difference? BUT..... either works well on a beach. The coils dont particularly like waves running over them.
