Woman Swiss stainless (Kennedy half) watch

Dug it, it's in bad shape. But it has a 66Kennedy half dollar as it's face. Not waterproof. Any ideas before I take it apart , to check on the coin?
 
I've had a few men's designer watches with coin faces and they were just stamped facsimiles popular in the 80's . And you say it's a women's watch , kind of large for that ... a 50 cent piece is even large for a men's size . A picture of two would help . But I doubt it's the 50 cent whole piece . IMHO , Woodstock
