sticking a pipe cleaner up one side of your nose so that it comes out the other, then tie a rag on the other end so you can pull it through. Then grasp both sides and pull back and forth! Just trying to cheer you up!

finally getting prescriptions from dr for anti-biotics to get rid of them. Also had prayers from everyone on the Forum and prayers always help God to move and meet our needs. Steve in Az....told me about Zicam Swabs to help ward off bacteria and colds....maybe if you use them they would help keep you from getting sinus infectons. I'm using them, but not sure yet if they will do the job...but hoping and praying they will, as I get sinus infections too easily most winters! My brother just used one and now he says his nose is running like a sieve...so opened it up, for stopped up noses cause headaches!

My prayers are with you for healing and protection of your foot and your sinuses!

....Is gone now-only lasted one day or so....I had a flu and pneumonia shot last year;thay said the pneumonia shot lasts 10 yars...I wonder if that was what it was???It really felt like the startings of it-heaviness in the chest;coughing,then was gone quickly...

It took weeks to get rid of it. Nothing I tried worked at all.
