Had a nice afternoon to hunt yesterday for a change sun was out no rain in sight. Went to a area that has given up a few silver coins in the past. There used to be some apartments near one of the local collages here, they have been torn down for a couple years now. Anyway about half an hour into my hunt the DeLeon hit a solid silver signal at 7 inches deep I dig a nice plug and there staring at me is old George a 1943 Quarter. The finds were plenty clad dimes penny's a 1956 Wheat as I was getting to the end of the grassy area the D screams at me again this time silver at 9 inches the ground has been saturated with rain for a few days and the D is really punching deep. Once again I dig a nice plug and soon I'm almost elbow deep in this hole as I wave every handful of dirt in front of the coil the DeLeon finally lets me know I hit pay dirt and there's old George again 1942 this time what are the chances 1942-1943 quarters 20 yards apart in the same stretch of grass. That was also a first for me two silver quarters in the same hunt.......Thanks for reading and keep swinging
