I have noticed that the sound through the WM10 with my headphones plugged into it is slightly distorted. I've tried using a different channel, adjusting the volume and gain to no avail, still sounds distorted. The headphones sound just fine plugged directly into the detector so it's not the CTX. Any suggestions? Maybe I got a faulty WM10. I can still use it but I prefer clear, clean sound. I also solved my headphone problem with a small loop of wire around the orange and black wire in the headphone module. No solder, just a loop of fine wire gently twisted around the two leads on the HP socket. So there is no confusion I had the distortion problem before using the jumper wire to shut off the internal speaker.
