Hello everyone, While detecting on the beach today had my audio signal from my CTX3030 to my Koss UR-30 Headphones turn off ? Checked my CTX3030 screen and all the Audio indicators and settings were good.
Eventually worked out that there is a problem with the cable going into the Audio plug that plugs into the WM-10. When you wiggle the cable at the plug the Audio signal will come back on. Can some one tell me how you can remove the Curly cable on the Audio plug so that I can check and repair the fault? Does the plug unscrew or can you just pull the metal section away from the Black plastic body ? the unit is only 6 moths old or do I send it back to Minelab for repairs?
