With so many F75's selling.......

and also T2's, I may not have the upper hand much longer:) I have said many times that I'm returning to all the local "hunted out" sites to eke out more goodies. But, as some of the recent posts indicate, lots of folks are switching to F75's now in my area as well.....
So, there may not be much left if everyone learns what it can do in trash. In the act of professionalisum I won't mention any specific brands, but I was sorta hoping the competition 'round here would stick to their heavier, slower ID, units;) Where I found the gold coin, I had 2 friends try there before me. Spending an entire afternoon there, one buddy found nothing, the other found 1 indian head. I go for an hour after work on Friday the 13th (my lucky number) & the F75 cleaned up! I dug a couple targets right in their footprints.....
There was a short lived ad that showed the distinctive impression of the Bi-axial coil in the sand alongside some other brands coil shapes....It was a great ad that simply stated, "Now it's hunted out". I think they should bring that advertisement back as it's so true....

While I'm happy for Fisher/First Texas for turning out such incredible machines, I'm thinking "If everybody gets these things, there goes the neighborhood!" Like you, I'm returning to sites that quit producing and have been hunted by top brand machines, only to find some deep and masked stuff that was missed.. (by me too!) I know the common detectorist mantra of "there always more to find", and while that's true to a degree, the better these detectors get, the less there is. As I swing the F-75, I can't help but wonder "How in the world will Fisher ever top this?" But, with Dave Johnson and John Gardiner over there, I'm willing to bet they have some cool ideas and tricks up their sleeves! The next few years should prove to be a very exciting time for fans of ol' Fisher!

Ya, guys, it might behoove all of us current F75 users to tone our posts down some. We certainly don't want everyone switching over to F75's, now do we! HH jim tn
