Sometimes our Lord Jesus doesn't meet our desires when they don't benefit us and may cause more harm than good! Father knows best so lean on Jesus and trust in Him and listen to your dr.!

Yes, our bodies tell us what we can and cannot do, as well when we overdo, as mine tells me very plainly with its aches and pains!
