1997-2000 NEIGHBORS DRILLING CO. (VENEZUELA)
THE BLUE DRILLING RIG IS THE ONLY LAND RIG(VENEZUELA) I EVER WORKED ON.
OIL IS NOT THE BOTTLE NECK,WE HAVE PLENTY IN THE STATES,WE NEED MORE REFINERIES.
