Wish they would hurry upand get my AT sent out to me. It's going to be out of date by the time I get one. HAA.

 waiting sucks

It sure does! I know I am not going to be able to hunt with it unless I head south but it would still be nice to get my hands on it just the same.

Sure does suck. The ground isn't frozen here yet and it hasn't snowed yet but that isn't going to last much longer - I'd sure like a chance to take it out relic hunting at least once before the winter sets in.

5 weeks so far since pre-ordered and counting...... And since it has to be freighted overseas it will get caught up in the Xmas parcel chaos and I probably won't see it for a few weeks after it is sent.

It will be my 1st detector and I was hoping to have it for the main summer holiday season here in NZ, but the good news is that most items dropped on the beaches and parks will not be going anywhere until I have the AT in my hands as hunters are few and far between here.

Been spending the time waiting by researching and walking / sussing out spots. Have already found the foundations of two 100+ year old houses on public land that look promising. Ahh...... the anticipation!!!!

Yeah waiting sucks but at least you're getting prepared. Lots of luck with your new toy. Be sure and keep usposted as to your success with it and some pics of your finds.
