Wish it was Gold and Diamonds! What is it?

Nothing about this item being lost at the office in the park or in the 'lost and found' in the newspaper. It reminds me of teeth.

it slips on your teeth and it surely looks like gold!Of course they are custom made to fit.I believe their called "grills".
