Wish you could hook up with Doug and I for some good water hunting. We ain't coming back without gold.
I'll be stopping in Dothan Alabama for a day or two on the way home. the wife and I are planning on relocating in that area after selling out up here in Corncob county.
It's a 90 minute drive from Dothan to Panama City Beach. I like to hunt what they call the "baby" beach there.
The water is protected by a jetty that keeps it smooth.

I swear, ya think you're at a jewelers convention!!
I'm hoping to have SOMETHING (ANYTHING!!!!) to show at the meeting.
They're a super bunch of people. very friendly.
First trip down there, I sent all my equipment ahead to TJ (telephone john). I'd never even met the guy, but he brought it all out to Ft Lauderdale airport, led me to our motel, etc.
Now, I guess I'm one of the "old hands" this trip will be my sixth or seventh.
Don't come if you don't like great weather, pretty girls, and some of the best hunting on the planet!!
