Wirless/Bluetooth Headphones

Anybody using BT / Wireless Headphones with their MXT? Pro's? Con's?
 
I'v never heard of the Bluetooth Wirless Headphones, do they work like the bluetooth head sets for your cell phone. were can a person get some info on them?
 
I'll got a set for my MXT, The first thing that pops up is that there is a sec delay on your iteam. I may need to learn to used them more, good idea, but would not get them again.
