Wireless WM-10 Module Lights when Paired ?

I bought a 2015 CTX and when paired with the WM-10 wireless module and working (sound) both status lights blink green at the same time.

My 2013 CTX when paired with the WM-10 and working the green status lights alternate just like the Minelab instructional video.

CTX Manual, page 53: "When Pairing is complete the LED will stop blinking and the WM 10 will emit a sound." Which isn't the case either, it blinks green continuously.

Anyone know why these two WM10's are different, possible fault?

Don't know but mine was bought in August and I just tried mine and the left blinks green
alternately with the right, continuously!!! As a matter of fact, I did not even have to connect
mine. I had turned on the wm10, then enabled wireless and the wm 10 went to working
without me even having to click the connect button.....????

That's the way it's suppose to work once paired the first time. If you turn the WM10 off while the ctx is on, you have to turn the ctx off/on to get sound out of the machine again.

I just cheked things again and now my lights alternate so what ever gremlin it was it's gone now; got to love it when it fixes itself!

You mean the one when you push the wrong dang button and lose pairing? No, I don't know anything about that, LOL

I just went through that a while back, luckily I left the 1/4" jack module in place.

I just can't figure out why that button is so big! It need to be a tiny, recessed button that is hard to push. Once you pair your wm-10 it stays paired until you intentionally go into the sound settings and change things. It's more than once I have pushed that button by mistake when trying to turn off my gear (but I admit I tend to do it without looking because I leave my wm-10 mounted to my digger belt)
