Wireless headphones

I have been using wireless headphones off and on for about 12 years. They kind of lost my appeal, as it's just another apparatus on the hunt using batteries, which can die out on you. I only used them in the woods, where my headset wires got tangles in the bushes. I found it was easier to just use the speaker on the detector, as hunting in the woods is usually a quiet place. But, I guess some people really like them.

John I use them on my ctx and would just like to see Garrett come out with a pair, when I am in the woods with no wind I use the speaker also. But in town with people around I always use them it is nice to lay your detector down out of your way and not be tied to it.

I always use the wireless headphones on my Whites V3i and love them. I would love to have the same for the AT PRO. Only con I could see is that while in the water one would have to have a tether so they can let the unit float and not get away from them. Not having a cord to tangle in is nice. I do know that I can use a set on the AT while on land but I do not like having to connect/disconnect the current headphones all the time.

GARRETT TAKE NOTICE we need some good wireless headphones for the ATs

Wouldn't it be great if they did! A few years ago I wrote several headphone makers about this subject and every answer I got was, " not enough market interest".
