Hi, I just found this wireless headphones Rapoo H3010 for $44 with volume control.
Since Auvio wireless headphones are hard to find here is another alternative....

Be careful, as some wireless headphones have too much of a delay to work well with detectors. Maybe Ism will chime in as he's tested a bunch and has a few recommendations.

Hey Ism, your recommendations would probably also go well in the accessories sticky for the Sovereign.

According to what I have found they are bluetooth. I haven't seen any bluetooth headsets with less than 0.3 second delay. Its just too much for most areas except very clean locations where a target delay won't be a serious problem.
You will be a foot past your target before you hear it. Now imagine a trashy location where you have just passed over 3-4 targets before you even hear the first. It will have you in a straight jacket in no time.

Looks like his headphones turned out to not have a delay, as he just posted this in the modifications forum...

Just watched that video. Man, that wireless transmitter that plugs into your stereo jack is tiny! I bet you wouldn't have to secure it to the Sovereign as just plugging it in should be fine enough to hold it without flopping around. I wonder how hard it would be to remove the little stereo jack in it and replace it with the size the Sovereign uses so you wouldn't need to use a size adapter that would stick the little transmitter further away from the face plate. By changing the little plug on it to the proper size it should rest right up against the GT's faceplate.

Then again, I've thought about changing the stereo jack on my GT to the small size that way before, because most headphones I've ever used (and now the current $20 Sony Studio Phones I love the audio from, and being half the size of regular headphones they are light and don't sweat up my ears)...have the smaller plug on them. I use a size adaptor and it makes the plug stick far out from the GT's face plate. I'm always worried about knocking that hard sideways when hunting in the woods and causing it to snap off or something.

I wonder...If there are size adaptors that will sit all the way down inside the larger stereo plug, so that nothing sticks out and the headphones plug right in like it was the right size jack to begin with? It would seem possible since that big stereo jack is so much more wider and deeper than the smaller plug is. I think I'll surf the net for that and see if they make something like that. You could probably remove it with say some needle nose pliers or something should you ever want to go back to the old size of the jack.

Not finding anything on that does that. I don't know what key words to search for on that one. Hey, maybe it's a million dollar idea and I just gave it away...
